On Site Supervision Home Management ("On Site") is a full service, family owned and operated real estate management company established to monitor and maintain high end properties in the Hamptons. Our services include, but are not limited to, weekly walkthroughs, the supervision of lawn care, pool upkeep, preventative maintenance on all structures, including large repairs or home additions. On Site provides year round 24 hour access to the area’s top tradespeople who can address any issue that may arise both quickly and efficiently.
Every week we inspect the property inside and out to ensure everything is in working order. In the event that there is an item in need of repair the owner is contacted immediately and a plan is put in place to replace or repair the damage.

We provide high quality and timely scheduled maintenance on your property. In the event that anyting on the property is in need of repair, our subcontractors are available 24/7, in order to protect and or repair your property.
